FM Insurance Europe S.A. ( “FMIE”) is authorised by the Commissariat aux Assurances to establish insurance activities headquartered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and to underwrite policies throughout the European Economic Area, through branches established in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain and Sweden and on a freedom of services basis in the remaining member states. The Company is also authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority to establish insurance activities and underwrite policies in Switzerland through a Swiss branch and by the Prudential Regulation Authority to establish insurance activities and underwrite policies in the United Kingdom (“UK”) through a UK branch.
