Robin Benoit

As senior vice president, chief human resources officer, Robin Benoit oversees FM’s global people strategy and operations. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources and employee experience including talent management, total rewards, employee communications, and organizational culture.

Prior to joining FM, Benoit was the Chief People Officer for Acrisure and Chief Human Resources Officer at Alternate Solutions Health Network. She has also led her own consultancy practice, held senior human resources positions with State Street Corporation in both the US and internationally, and has worked at companies across a range of industries throughout her career including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and insurance.

Benoit earned her Master of Business Administration from D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rhode Island College and is an ACC-credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation.
