FM names Robin Benoit senior vice president, chief human resources officer

JOHNSTON, R.I., USA, May 30, 2025 – Commercial property insurer FM today announced the appointment of Robin Benoit to senior vice president, chief human resources officer, effective June 1, 2025. In this role, Benoit will lead FM’s human resources (HR) function, including talent strategy, total rewards, HR business partners, HR operations and employee communications.

Benoit most recently served as chief people officer for Acrisure, a global fintech company and provider of business and insurance services. Prior to Acrisure, Benoit was chief human resources officer at Alternate Solutions Health Network. She has also led her own consultancy practice and held various global HR leadership positions at State Street Corporation.

Benoit will take over the chief human resources role from Deanna Fidler, executive vice president at FM, who will retire on December 31, 2025. Benoit will also assume the responsibilities of Sonserae Toles, staff senior vice president, culture and employee experience at FM, who will retire on June 30, 2025.

Benoit holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rhode Island College.
