  • Dr. Louis Gritzo - Staff senior vice president, chief science officer

    Dr. Gritzo is responsible for leading the strategic advancement of science and research at FM, including identifying emerging industrial risk trends and leading the development of scientifically proven solutions to prevent property loss and business interruption. He has served as chair of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Heat Transfer Division Executive Committee, board chair of the Industrial Research Institute, on the governing board of the Global Earthquake Model, and on advisory committees for several universities.

  • Stuart Keller - Staff senior vice president, chief engineer

    Keller is staff senior vice president, chief engineer at FM and is responsible for ensuring FM’s loss prevention solutions are cost-effective and reliably address the most critical property-related risks that could impact its clients’ business continuity. Keller has held several roles, including group manager, field engineering, Australia operations; account manager, chemical operations; operations engineering manager, Boston operations; and manager, specialty industries, Johnston, Rhode Island.

  • Adriano Lanzilotto - Vice president, client and partner learning

    Lanzilotto is responsible for the delivery of educational loss prevention and risk management programs for insured clients and partners, and the optimization of the client learning experience at the FM Learning Centers. Since joining the company in 2000, Lanzilotto has held a number of roles, including account engineer, account manager, and, most recently, vice president, client service manager for London operations.

  • Benedict McKenna - Division claims manager, UK and Asia Pacific

    McKenna is a chartered insurer and chartered loss adjuster with 33 years of experience in commercial property claims. A senior leader at FM, he oversees claims and adjustment services across the UK & Ireland, Nordics, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. He is passionate about resilience, client education, and fair claims handling, and known for mentoring future insurance professionals and driving initiatives that enhance client preparedness and recovery.

  • Jessica Waters - Vice president, manager of climate and structural resilience

    Based in Johnston, Rhode Island, USA, Waters leads a team of engineering experts focused on fortifying industrial and commercial properties against climate and structural risks. Waters joined FM more than two decades ago and has served as engineering specialist, account engineer, and operations chief engineer in the company’s Boston operations. Most recently she was senior engineering technical specialist, natural hazards and structures.

  • Dr. Angelika Werner - Vice president, research area director, climate risk and resilience

    Dr. Werner leads global research teams focused on advancing the understanding of climate-related perils such as flood, wildfire, temperature extremes, and severe storms. With a Ph.D. in meteorology and extensive experience in climate science, catastrophe modelling, and strategic innovation, Dr. Werner plays a key role in shaping FM’s resilience research agenda.
