FM Announces Opening of Denver Office

Publish Date 15 June 2026

JOHNSTON, R.I., USA, June 15, 2026 – Commercial property insurer FM today announced the grand opening of its new office in Denver, strengthening its presence in one of the country’s most rapidly expanding business and industrial hubs.

Located in Denver’s LoDo (Lower Downtown) district, a short distance from Union Station, the Colorado Convention Center and Coors Field, FM’s new office at 1125 17th Street offers a premier space to deepen client relationships, strengthen FM’s regional support, and work more closely with brokers and key partners. The office features modern, client-centered design elements and collaborative environments that will allow FM teams to convene, consult and innovate alongside clients.

“We are proud to open a new office in Denver, which will bring us closer to our clients and partners in the region and allow us to provide an even better client experience,” said Brad Parrish, senior vice president, division manager for FM’s Western division. “Our decision to establish a strong presence in Denver and the Rocky Mountain region highlights our commitment to this dynamic and growing market. We look forward to bringing our unique engineering- and science-based approach to even more businesses in Denver and beyond.”

The new location will allow FM to better support local client service needs in the Denver area, where the company has a strong client base and expects to drive continued growth. The market includes several key industries, including technology and energy, two areas of focus for FM through its Intellium business unit. FM launched FM Intellium last year to help businesses face a rapidly evolving risk environment fueled by the artificial intelligence and cloud computing boom—and the resulting data center and power generation needs these innovations require.
