FM Risk Report

After the visit, you receive an FM Risk Report—a detailed overview of exposures that could lead to property loss. It includes a RiskMark score, a proprietary metric that quantifies site-level risk based on FM’s engineering standards and observed conditions. The score helps prioritise mitigation efforts by highlighting the most critical vulnerabilities. You’ll also receive prioritised recommendations based on impact and feasibility. Together, we build a cost-effective loss prevention program aligned with your business objectives.
